Exhibitor/Vendor Shipping Order Form

If you are shipping any packages to the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel you must pay the appropriate Material and Handling Fees on the order form below.

Ship at such a date that items arrive no earlier than two business days (Monday - Friday) prior to the event. Please note there are no mail services available on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Ship to:

Package Shipping Method

* Packages sent via USPS are routed through UGA Campus Mail which may delay delivery to the Georgia Center.

There is no charge for handling of your packages after an event. You are responsible for paying the shipping company of your choice for pickup and providing labels for each item to be shipped. All boxes must be labeled and sealed. A Georgia Center employee will collect the items from your booth/table after the event and contact the appropriate shipping company.

The Georgia Center is not responsible for the safe-keeping of equipment or supplies, any loss of merchandise, articles, or other items used, stored, or left at the Georgia Center prior to or following your event. Attending representative is responsible for securing all property and hereby assumes responsibility for loss thereof.
